Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, you are entitled to do so under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, provided that you exercise your right within no longer than two working days after the day on which the goods are received. Goods specifically made to your requirements
Delivery
All goods are dispatched by overnight courier for next workday delivery within 5 working days of receipt of print ready artwork. Should you require a specific deadline and / or time of delivery please make us aware of this at the point of ordering.
Deliveries to multiple addresses
If you wish to have items sent to multiple addresses, please complete separate transactions for each recipient.
Overseas delivery
Regrettably we only supply to UK based addresses except in exceptional circumstances, and reserve the right to cancel any order made to an overseas address without prior agreement.
Refunds
We hope that you will be pleased with your purchase from Envisage Design Ltd as every care is taken to ensure you receive your purchases in good condition. If you wish to return any items purchased from Exhibitnow.co.uk, Email us at Info@enviz.co.uk where we will be happy to arrange a refund or exchange the product provided that it is in fully resaleable condition. Returned items should be notified within two working days. We will refund the price to the purchaser or exchange the goods as soon as they are received by us.
If the goods have not been returned in fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.
